TOMORROW, FEBRUARY 28 (SATURDAY) ADULT CONFIRMATION CLASS 9:30 AM Adults interested in being confirmed on March 22 when the bishop visits are invited to attend a course all about our tradition and the service of confirmation - what it means, why we do it, what's in the service itself, etc. It's not too late to take part! We will begin at 9:30 and adjourn as soon as we are finished, possibly - probably - well before noon.
VBS MEETING THIS SUNDAY Interested in helping out with Vacation Bible School this summer? It runs from July 27-August 1, and we are looking for more volunteers to help with everything from teaching to singing to crafts to simply being there to help as needed. We'll meet after the 10 am service for a brief check-in by Mo. Storm's desk downstairs.
SUNDAY SCHOOL LENTEN PROJECT FOR EPISCOPAL RELIEF AND DEVELOPMENT CONTINUES THIS SUNDAY For the second year in a row, the kids will collect change every Sunday in Lent to buy their choice of animals - pigs, goats, chickens - for families in the developing world. This project was a huge hit last year. To help them reach their goal, bring some spare change to church with you and put it in one of the plastic eggs provided in the back.
