We happily do weddings at St. Nick's! Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions. For more information, or to schedule your wedding, contact the Vicar.
Who performs the wedding?
The Vicar, the Rev. Astrid Storm.
What is the service like?
The wedding service comes from the Book of Common Prayer, our Episcopal book of worship. It is a traditional service, and you have the option of having Eucharist or not. The music is provided by our organist if requested.
Do I have to be an Episcopalian or church member to get married there?
No, you don't.
How much does it cost?
For non-parishioners, we charge $500 for the use of the space for the day. This includes the yard (with river view), the undercroft (our reception or changing area), and the sanctuary, as well as cleaning costs. It also includes the priest's time. Comparatively, it's quite a bargain.
How many people does the space hold?
About 80 - 100 (intimately). You can stop by any day of the week to view the space. The main church doors are unlocked.
