Music & Services
Sunday services at St. Nick's, as with most Episcopal churches, follow the order of service in the Book of Common Prayer.
We have two Sunday services, one at 9 am and one at 10 am. The 9 am service is a spoken service (no music), includes a brief homily by the Vicar, and lasts about 35 minutes. The 10 am service includes music (hymns and the occasional choir anthem), a homily, and lasts just under an hour. If you've never experienced an Episcopal liturgy before, both of these straightforward services are a great place to start.
Our choir rehearses and performs for major holidays, like Christmas and Easter. All are welcome to join the choir, as long as you can carry a tune.
