SUNDAY SERVICES at 9&10am. Despite the miscommunication last Sunday, we will have a priest lead our services every Sunday. Thank you to Sue Blodgett for leading the effort to confirm the scheduled clergy. We would also like to thank Joe Haubrich, Melanie Hexel and Liz Pavelka for organizing the Morning Prayer services that were held last Sunday.

FAITH WARD Funeral services have not been announced yet but will be relayed as soon as they are available.
NURSERY CARE Mark your calendars.. Nursery care will NOT be available for the following Sundays in July: 10th, 17th and 31st but will resume regularly with Lauren beginning in August.
FINANCE COMMITTEE The next meeting is on Wednesday July 6th @ 7:00pm and will meet in the undercroft.
SEARCH COMMITTEE The Vestry has started the process of seeking a new Rector for St Nick’s. Part of this process is getting together a Search Committee made up of parishioners dedicated to the process of screening candidates on behalf of the parish. This committee must be able to envision what our parish should look like in the coming years and represent the diverse views of all parishioners. If you are interested in serving on this committee please fill out the form provided HERE and return it to [email protected], any vestry member or place it in a green envelope and drop it in the plate. If you have any questions you can contact Paul Curran at (914 844 0894). We would like to hear from anyone interested as soon as possible.
PASTORAL CARE During the transition period the vestry has appointed "pastoral care liaisons" whom you may call if you need to speak to a priest for any reason at any time. These parish members will find a local priest to attend to your need. The liasons and contact information are Liz Pavelka (297 4907), Polly Myhrum (297 5681), Rachel VanDerStuyf (896 2137), Melanie Hexel (297 3114), or Paul Curran (914 844 0894).
PROPERTY COMMITTEE MEETINGS There are lots of improvements and renovations happening at St. Nick's from the interior to the exterior. As we are making a lot of decisions we welcome all parishioners to join us at the Property Committee meetings. Please come and join the conversations. FRIENDS OF DARBONNE READ-A-THON read, read, read.. Packets are still available for anyone who would like to participate. The read-a-thon raises money to support school children in Haiti. More details are in the packets, or you can ask Joan Freeman or Debbie Evans after church any Sunday.
