Hi Parents & Teachers! Sorry I'm getting this email out a bit later than usual - that kind of week.
But first, a huge thank you to Greg and Cheryl Barber for leading the kids last week in their patriarch song for the parish!
This week wraps up Lenten outreach project, and we are very close to reaching our goal! The kids will discuss soon what they are going to buy with the money they raised, which will be announced to the parish on Easter Sunday. Meanwhile, collect a few more coins and bring them along this Sunday to help us reach that goal!
Remember the Children's Good Friday service is on Friday April 18, 10 - 11 am. This is an interactive service at which I walk them through the final events of Jesus' life, including the Last Supper, the Trial, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the Passion. For ages 4-12, with the older ones helping. Spread the word and invite friends!
And finally, the Children's Easter Egg Hunt is at 11 am on April 20, right after the Easter service. Thank you to Katie, Janine, Christine and Rachel for helping organize this!
