Sunday School, Youth & Nursery News
Welcome back parents, teachers and students!
September 11, 2016

Parents & Teachers- There is lots to talk about with the coming of Fall. To jump right in, this Sunday, September 11 is a busy day for the children at St. Nick's. We will spring into a new and exciting year of Sunday School AND have the closing ceremony for the Haiti Read-A-Thon.

Sunday School will kick-off with introductions, not only for the teachers and students but also for the class "rules", church calendar and the new series "People Jesus Met" that the children will be learning about on Sunday mornings. Teachers this week will be: Alex, Maria and Adam. For the Fall 2016 Teacher Schedule and a brief lesson description you can click HERE.

For the Read-A-Thon closing ceremony, Mother Mag will be here to present the children with certificates for all their hard work. Readers should check in with their sponsors and show them all they have read. Don't forget to collect the donations.. These will go to help fund scholarships for the children of Darbonne, Haiti to go to school!

Parents with little ones please mark your calendars that there will be no nursery care on September 25th but will be available again the following week.

Last but surely not least, I would like to thank and recognize all the parents and teachers who have contributed to making Sunday School resume this Fall. Hats off to you all and once again welcome back!!
