Second Sunday of Advent
Hello parents & teachers! This Sunday is the Feast of St. Nicholas! The Sunday School children will join their families for the entire service as we learn about the real St. Nicholas, Bishop of Myra, and the example he shows us of generosity and faithfulness to those in need. St. Nick will visit during the 10am service. Invite friends and spread the word!
LESSONS AND CAROLS is next Sunday, December 11th
The festivities continue next Sunday at 10am with Lessons and Carols, one of the best services in the Anglican tradition. There will be no Sunday School so the children may thoroughly enjoy this beautiful service in it's entirety. Come prepared to sing and to enjoy our wonderful choir!
Thank you to all who attended last Sunday's Family Advent Wreath-making Coffee Hour! Gorgeous Advent Wreaths were lovingly made by families to enjoy at home and perhaps best of all, we also enjoyed the fellowship of each other as parishioners of St. Nick's. We are very grateful for Maria Wainwright and Debbie Evans, who organized and put together everything we needed for this event.
Blessings,
St. Nick's
Sunday School is for kids ages 4-12 and takes place in the undercroft from 10-10:30. Teachers, the current teaching schedule can be found here. And thanks for all you do!
