Hi parents & teachers - last Sunday was lots of fun, with perhaps our largest crowd of kids yet on St. Nick's Feast! I'll have pictures on Facebook shortly, linked to tomorrow's parish-wide email. (And if you have any that you took, please send them to my email address and I'll add them to the post.)
This Sunday, we WILL have Sunday school during the first 20-25 minutes of the 10 am Lessons and Carols service. The teachers are Adam and Michelle. If your kids are older and want to stay upstairs for the singing, that's great, but they have the option of going downstairs, where they'll be doing this craft - yes, a classic:
And on a different note, another reminder that the priests from the Episcopal Church in Millbrook and Highland Falls are planning a Civil Rights Pilgrimage for next August (the second week of August) for high schoolers in their parishes, and we've been invited to participate. HERE is a flyer from last year's trip, which I heard very good reports about. Please let me know if your child may be interested. I'd like to send a couple kids and adults from St. Nick's.
Have a great weekend, and see you Sunday!
